Welcome to Bencita Boutique & Wholesale Ltd. By accessing our website, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Business Scope
Bencita Boutique & Wholesale Ltd operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale supplier. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing goods for retail resale, dropshipping, or commercial purposes, and not for personal consumption.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
To maintain our wholesale pricing structure and logistical efficiency, all orders are subject to a strict Minimum Order Quantity of 40 pairs per category. Buyers cannot mix and match different categories (e.g., combining men’s loafers and women’s heels) to reach this minimum threshold. A minimum of 40 pairs must be purchased within a single product category for the order to be processed by our system.

1. Order Validation & Payment Terms
   • Payment Validates Order: All orders are processed on a “first-to-pay, first-to-serve” basis. Submitting an order through the website does not reserve or guarantee inventory. An order is only considered valid, and stock will only be allocated, once full payment has been received and confirmed by our team.
   • Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to Bencita Boutique & Wholesale Ltd are strictly non-refundable. Once an order is processed and dispatched, we do not issue cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances.
   • Accepted Methods: We accept Mobile Money (MoMo), direct bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards via our secure payment gateway.
2. Delivery & Fulfillment
   • Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from our physical warehouse in Accra. Delivery timelines (same-day, next-day, or regional) begin from the moment payment is validated, not the moment the order is placed.
   • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier or upon the buyer’s physical collection at our Accra warehouse (“Warehouse Pickup”).

3. Return and Exchange Policy
While all sales and payments are non-refundable, we are committed to ensuring you receive quality goods. We offer an exchange policy subject to the following strict conditions:
• 3-Day Reporting Window: You have exactly 3 days (72 hours) from the time your delivery is marked as completed to notify us of any defects, wrong items sent, or to request an exchange. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after this 3-day window has expired.
• Exchanges Only: Eligible items can be exchanged for different sizes, colors, or alternative styles of equal value. No monetary refunds will be issued.
• Condition of Goods: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, completely intact with all original packaging, tags, and shoe boxes.
• Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the items to our Accra warehouse for an exchange, as well as the cost of shipping the new exchanged items.

4. Pricing & Inventory Accuracy
All prices on the website are subject to change without prior notice based on market fluctuations and currency exchange rates. While we strive to ensure our interactive inventory accurately reflects the stock in our Accra warehouse, discrepancies may occasionally occur. If an item you paid for is out of stock, we will offer you an immediate exchange for an item of equal value or issue a store credit.

5. Account Security
Buyers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account logins and passwords. Bencita Boutique & Wholesale Ltd is not liable for any unauthorized orders placed under your account.

6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
